I think that there has not yet been an event which has imposed an fully accurate tally of shares in the market.

The vote that was held... did define a point at which there was a statistically relevant baseline, of sorts, established...

But, what the numbers then mean... won't necessarily be made clear... until... there is an event requiring a level of clarity which is still lacking.
