I honestly would not put much stock (no pun intended) into that PR. I think it was a weak attempt to keep the PPS up when Mitch and Rob knew that they were having troubles at the mine. I seriously doubt they have bought back any shares and I don't see them doing it in the near future. IMO a share buyback is still (even now) premature. Get some serious revenue coming in for many months in a row, then talk about buying back shares and maybe at that point people will listen. Plus, if/when they actually do a share buyback I really hope it's for more than 5mm shares....
to be honest, 5 mill is chump change, rather them spend the money on the plant. From what i have seen on the big boards "the buy back is in fashion" another reason why they should run silent until proven JMO
