they have put out a pr stating they are still on track to be on shelf's by EOM.... I guess you must not have read the PR's...

Look I own shares and enjoy your optimism. I Just don't understand how product is going to be on the shelves when they haven't diluted shares and have no cash to have made the inventory.

That is my point. I think phase II will be that they have gotten funding.
