I may be wrong, but I don't think the Host GM's would really be allowed to buy up stock in Tivus leading up to a potential contract.

Your bellyaching is really getting tiresome. We know how you feel about Shiva, the company, etc. Why don't you just do yourself a favor and sellout. Recover whatever little capital you can as something is surely better than nothing. We all get fooled from time to time and we just have to suck it up and keep going.
