Has anyone else filed a complaint? I think it's time. I would rather find out this is a scam and move on than wake up everyday with hope. If this is real, filing a complaint with the SEC will not matter. If it's a scam, the more complaints the SEC receives the better chance we will have they will look into it. One voice will not be heard, but maybe many will be. I also urge everyone to reread the end of the year email. No excuses should be made after that was sent.
