Sounds similar to what TDA has done here with a lot of pinks/pennies. I wouldn't read a whole lot into it, but you may want to see if that proliferates among other similar investments you hold or wish to buy. Are you locked out on both sides, or they just won't let you buy? Time for a new broker? Good luck.
