Well i wish your guts well and hope they don't get ulcered from the waiting you have had to do.

I have no worries about my 'estimated' numbers in the header not being accurate or any legal implications resulting for a couple of reasons. Firstly, I have done sufficient DD to arrive at my numbers with a reasonable degree of confidence. I have also asked Alex/Delta to provide me with/ make public accurate numbers and also the financing details, they have not as of yet. Also, they are stated as my opinion and estimations.

Secondly, Im no stranger to the courtroom, message board litigation, or securities law in general. In my unqualified and experienced legal opinion, disgruntled investors often best achieve their ultimate goal of access to information through inviting litigation.. Nothing gives you greater access to information, which is why most companies never take action, even against legitimate perpetrators.

Anyone who knows of my messageboard history, knows of my fight with TerraLycos and subsequent banning from Raging bull. Without rehashing that one, suffice to say I enjoyed it and the results.

I've been to a few of the Montana properties already and met a couple of the neighbors. There wasn't really anything to photograph except for bald ass prairie and bluffs as there was no signs of any digging on any of the sites at that time. Since then I have heard directly from a neighbor that there was activity on one of the properties. Its not that far a drive from here but there is next to nothing there so its not the most eventful trip. I'm hoping to go again and catch someone onsite and have a face to face that might actually provide some insight.

fyi, i am still one of the optimistic few who think that the risk/reward of buying and holding for sample results is a reasonable gamble, and although I currently hold no position at the moment, would jump in for a million shares should liquidity improve.
