"We recorded a gross loss of $3,281,653 in the three months ended June 30, 2011, in comparison to a gross loss of $2,623,972 in the three months ended June 30, 2010. Our gross profit margin decreased from negative 5.26% to negative 7.24% over the same period.

The main reasons for the gross loss in the second quarter of 2011 were the impact of the large imports of soybeans, the high price levels of soybeans and the increase in the raw material prices of certain of our soybean products.
