Bill, I really think the the answer could be as easy as ego. He does not want nor will he admit that he failed and all the talk turned out to be just that... Talk!!!
I do believe he tried and made a huge effort and I commend him for that!
The only thing I hold against MG and Bev is the lack of communications at the end, i.e., who has control now!
As has been stated over and over... THIS IS A PUBLIC COMPANY, we HOLD SHARES and are part owners and have a very real right to know who is the current CEO and who is on the BOD!!!
No legalities per any contract whould negate our right to that basic knowledge, if in fact this was turned over to anyone!!!
