Well, I did hear something on the Yahoo Boards about a possible buy out - but, it was all speculation just like now.

Then I read on Yahoo that APS was going to do a promo, but found out that the company was on the verge of being offered a buyout, so it would mess up the buy out.

Honest folks, - I am only writing what I read - I have no back up facts!

But I say we hold out for $15/share at least! LOL If it's Buffet, he's got the money and then tell him that he can deduct the sale since he's buying energy...That's cinch the deal

Is this still an opinion of some or did that get discounted as a possibility after we saw financials? And like I have said before i'm no expert so i'm sure there's ways around it(around the debt), but if it is a possibility why would someone want to take on so much debt?
