YOUR STATEMENT IS CATEGORICALLY INCORRECT. Rule 144 clearly states that any non-affiliate can have the restrictive legend removed after 6 months.

However, i doubt any brokerage firm would accept these certificates given that the stock is under 1 cent and the financials suggest that it has been a shell company.
