Maybe you should read all the PR's released on 2/12/2010..... I think you missed a LOT!!!!

maybe you are confusing what people post on the boards and not what the company said... when did the company say they were going to produce $X by X date? i dont know what the SEC has to do with the topic that was being discussed?

The company has issued press releases dating back to 2009 that said they were producing "at less than $10 per barrel" and that revenue was "from the anticipated commencement of operations in the first quarter of 2010 with Plastic2Oil"
