It's like any other game changer... once you land a decent size fish you can tell your buddies I have a better method. But until you do some say they'll come on board but hesitate.

Landing a large order within said country brings the clout ECOS through FEI can move forward with expediting "having orders and memorandum of understanding with, governments, transportation and utility companies in over ten countries".

I believe the next 6 months will bring faster results we've seen in the last 18 months or so combined.
