Not all, but some. Putting patent pending on a product only protects it if there is a patent pending. It is common for imports to US to have patent pending written on the product and no patent ever applied for. Do your DD before you buy.

LMAO, There has to be an actual patent application filed before a product can be labeled with "Patent Pending", and RFMK cant apply for a patent, the actual person who invented it has to, RFMK can only license or have the patent assigned to it by the current owner of the patent.
