Nor does the PR say that the order is for equipment made by IMX. HISC can buy and resell ANYONE'S bomb detection equipment, if they choose.
Do they market anyone else's explosive detection equipment? How could they take an order for another company unless they had signed a distribution agreement. The order is for IMX equipment and I'm sure that the reason HISC hasn't placed an order to IMX yet is that there are no ship dates yet.
Remember, this a is blanket order. It could be over the course of one year, or five years. It could be completed in one month or never, depending on the terms of the blanket.
