Tues 3/20/2012 NEOM closed around .0196. News Dr. Soon buys shares hits the web after market closed on Tues 3/20/2012. Wed it goes to .0447 with-in 15 minutes of market open, goes down to .021 before noon closes at .033 Tues 3/20/2012. To answer your question it did affect the downward trend that hit the stock from the week before rise, which IMO would not of recovered if it was not for the news on the good Dr. It has stayed at .03 or above since the news.
