If the rest of the investment community has lost interest then that's their loss. In my opinion the investment community wants results so they will return when the stock resumes going up instead of the current downward movement. I think a large portion of the investment community looks at charts and even though I like Lyric (and have buy orders in) I agree with those that think their chart doesn't look good at the moment.
