One other thing to consider traderfan: If those weren't fixed dates as you stated, than why did AMY's management have them included in Press Releases?

Abew4me, I certainly agree with you and that's what I meant. I was figuring if he doesn't hold them accountable for all the delays, maybe they weren't given him specific dates but were more vague and he came up with the deadlines on his own? Who really would just sit by and do nothing during a 6 month delay in the PFS while it's entirely Kemetco's/Wardrops fault? That would indeed be rather strange.
