the SS is not that huge to have RS, maybe should be checked and compare other SS in OTC market LOL
on the other hand, SI#I ran to dollar land with 10 billion OS
I am not saying many are happy with MCLN lately and the performance, but anything is possible in the market
so RS IS NOT LIKELY unless for good reason I believe
