I think it is fair to say there are some people
here who might think PSPW will have some of it's
proclaimed projects up and running any time soon.
when you read more on that project in Kenia,maybe
they will realize it is not that simple to even
get started on a new yet-to-be-build project.

Well Past PRs stated they will have 3GW of projects online by 2014, and 300 MWs done this year.
