I agree, Tom has even put out shareholder updates to clarify when it became apparent that some did not understand the original PR...

kelsey sometimes you get confused when we dont read pr's and investors updates when the answers to your problems with rfmk are right there.

Actually the confussion is when RFMK keeps putting out all these PR's and shareholder updates with such inconsistencies combined with either change in business direction and or no follow thru on prior stated actions by RFMK

But one area I will give RFMK managment credit for is the ability to back peddle to try and justify actions conducted by RFMK that are not in the RFMK shareholders best interest such as:

> Dilution by RFMK back in February - an action that contributed to giving the RFMK shareholder a minus 50% haircut in shareholder value

> DTC - The Big Chill back in Febraury - an action that causes many investors to ignore such stocks on this list

> Change in direction by RFMK in business plan, and delay in product delivery and distribution - Help me out here how does RFMK defined the word - "IMMEDIATE"

So will the next area require RFMK to back peddle and justify why the product did not hit the shelves by the end of this up coming week (EOM)??
