#53500 RE: LivinLarge8 #53469

Ok lets face it thats the only arguement here rfmk putting the product on shelves this week

Oh no it is not, IMO if RFMK does not produce a product to be on the shelves by the week of next week (EOM) then that is the tip of the iceburg as far as future RFMK problems, issues and credibility.

I get the sense that even some diehart RFMK longs are getting a bit worried.

So let's expand on this senerio if there is no product delivered on the shelves from RFMK by the end of the week (EOM).

> To get product on the shelves RFMK needs funding, no product then no funding has been provided or RFMK does not have proper funding. So what does RFMK do, just read yesterday PR for some possibilities or RFMK pulls another stunt such as what RFMK did in early February - dilution. Elimination indicates that dilution is not likely because IMO all the fluffed up RFMK PR's during March did not provide the lift needed in the RFMK PPS as it did back in January. Not me saying this - just deducting the actions taken by RFMK. Either way both all indicated funding options are not RFMK shareholder friendly. And to compound the problem there would still be no RFMK product on the shelves.

> Another possibility would be - does RFMK actually have the product or better yet enough of this product to actually market and distribute?? Fridays RFMK PR IMO certainly provided a number of open holes regarding where RFMK really is - stage of a business plan - in providing a product.

Yup let's face it if RFMK does not deliver its product onto the shelves by the end of next week (EOM) then IMO the RFMK pandora's box is going be wide open - and it very well maybe an ugly backtracking process of damage control by a management that has yet to fully address many of the issues, statements and actions since January.
