Yet , I can buy a bong or pipe at a gas station. I can get MMJ at a dispensary, Friends of mine can grow and provide MMJ legally under OR law.

You are right about there being no law that can protect the CannaCig from federal court, but there is no law that can protect the whole MMJ industry and the people that work in it from federal court.

Even if the CannaCig is halted, it will be a brief hicup on the road to riches selling the pocket puffer and other products to the public.

IMO, RFMK is starting a buisness based on Vapor Inhalers. Most of the sales will come from the public market. Nothing can stop the pocket puffer from public sale without taking down a whole vaporizer industry that has held a strong footing for over a decade.

I am in law enforcement this is medical marijuana . People have a prescription and card to purchase the product. the federal government leaves it up to the state health department to monitor and determine what licenses are needed. My governor in nj doesnt want mmj here and has been delaying the dispensaries and basically making them spend more and more money till there bankrupt. The towns here do not want dispensaries. But this is nj and everything is a big deal. On the west coast its a different story states are following each other.

Licensed and monitored dispensary owners with be buying the product And selling it n there stores . Remember kenco the unit comes empty ! If it to has to go international the product can be shipped and loaded in that country. And the best part is that people will be able to smoke tobacco products in it.
