The Pocket Puffer is not a THC - Ecig. It is an herbal vaporizor that lets you vaporize what you want, when you want, where you want.

The FDA and DEA do not have jurisdiction over a product like this. Go shop amazon.com yourself to see what is available to the public as far as options for an herbal vaporizer that lets you put what you want in it.

The CannaCig is the only devise that could be scrutinized but it is protected by state Medical Marijuana laws. So if the CannaCig is shut down - so are all of the dispensaries and Unionized California MMJ workers. That won't happen.

So I really know that the Pocket Puffer will be sold to the public very successfully without legal challenge. And I do know that the CannaCig will be sold to MMJ patients through the dispensary system.

Do you really think that the Pocket Puffer will be made illegal when there have been many vaporizers sold to the public online for a decade now??

The FDA sent out letters to all of the major electronic cigarette manufacturers about a month ago requesting information on the safety of the electonic cigarettes , the letter states that the FDA intends to place these devices and related under their control authorized under Title 9 of the FD & C Act, the FDA has givent them until 4/30/12 to reply, so we should see new regs out by the Summer, also, add the fact that RFMK has not let the genie out of the bottle and PRd that they are producing and marketing an electronic cigarette as a drug delivery device, RFMK has inadvertantly backed up the FDAs original argument that these items are drug delivery devices, so I wouldnt be surprised if the FDA doesnt use this developement to have the original case reheard.
