OTC(BB) reverses typically don't happen until the O/S reaches multi-billions, if anyone can show me an OTCBB that did an R/S with less than 500m in the O/S I'd be very surprised.. and if there are any I would bet they were among the very few that were actually successful reverses..

and for folks new to these sub-pennies look around and you'll find numerous OTC's with billions in O/S trading at many many multiples of the measly market cap of $600k+- as MWWC is..

in other words, while a R/S may be practical at one point this stock can easily trade in the pennies even with an O/S of 500m well before any R/S is considered or needed and I sorta got that right from a horses mouth, fwiw..

and btw, news trumps all..

Given the dire state of the company right now it wouldnt be a smart move to hold on to this throughout the rest of 2012. It would be better to sell and buy back in early 2013 if that is your belief. That is if you believe it will be better by then.
