This makes things clearer? I understood what you were trying to say when you said didn't happen on my watch. If you can play the "didn't happen on my watch" and "First time I'm seeing this" card, then how can you definitively say Klok and others didn't conspire to bilk share holders? Can't have it both ways. You either know what happened or you don't.
