You have to admit, with the current operational model the management is using, that is; skiping exploration phases, throwing up production facilities and get the revenue stream flowing, SFMI is speculative. This business model makes sense for a company that is leasing a property, and is out of the ordinary, and somewhat intriguing from a traditional PM mining business deal perspective. However, plants can be disassembled as fast as they went up, or million dollar leases can be forfieted and control of the property revert back to the mother company. The fact that one family controls both companies pretty much ensures a fast one will be pulled. Because of these kind of caveats, I am not really interested in SFMI, or other sub penny mining plays. Rewards may be great, but the risks is too high. I do like junior miners that own all or a percentage of thier properties, have taken the time and effort to document those resources and are actively working to develop same, in order to be in a position to take advantage of the current PM bull market.
Most of the posters on this board know everything there is to know about SFMI, have done thier DD and invested accordingly. So, now let's talk about some other mining stocks. S_P
