Form T has to do with private deals between MMs and ANY investor.
Usually for the MM to buy or sell at a fixed price.
The MM usually fulfills the contract from their own accounts (that's why they are called Market Makers) and then attempts to secure or disburse the shares from another MM or from many smaller sources.
This has nothing to do with insider selling.
If Ben Hansel is selling shares then it should be reported as an insider sale, that said we on this board have not been able to find any of these. We don't know why.
