Mario, Agreed and understandable! I do not have doubts about the filing to avoid the "Dreaded E"
Just a thought though, a simple explanation prior to notification of late filing would have been more acceptable!
Let us move on and look forward to the positives of which there are many!

This is not BS, its true and those that take advantage of the over-sold stock will be well rewarded but I think we will all make money on this stock regardless of what price we payed its just another opportunity but this cheap nonsense will end soon when the industry recognizes copy-protection.

Some of us longs have paid a price beyond a monetary value to hold our positions.

Mario, Peter already stated on the company website that the 2 year consolidated was currently in the process of being completed for the filing of the s-4 and that was 3 years ago, was he being dishonest when he wrote that or was he really that far out of touch on the issues affecting the company?

I don't care what you say, to file late is completely inadequate in my book. I sat in that shareholders meeting and listened to Peter espouse "...It's time we started acting like corporate citizens... and....to take this company to the next level we need to be....blah, blah, blah!
Apparently even HE doesn't take himself seriously! LOL!

If there are so many busy hands around "working on the audits" I would think it shouldn't be too difficult to get a "little Ol' quarterly" filed on time! Geesh!

Good grief, If I didn't know any better, I'd think that management was the one's who were "short" this company, cause they always seem to have some excuse for their incompetence.

Mario any self induced negative is not acceptable in any business.

How can you flush this off as just another day at work.

It is crucial for us investors and potential investors to
act like a real company and maybe we need more positive minded reps. To say it a minor thing is just plain BS. You know it and so do all the rest of us.

This seems more like a prelude as top why we will not complete the audit.....oh yea, you said we would, but it has NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE. If there isn't a pr stating the audit is completed
and ready to file then most of us who have been here will b ail.

Once again, sad oh so sad, very sad

The only reason I can think for another failure of performance to file on time is that the numbers coming out in the audit are so poor that they only will take the heat once in disclosing the audit numbers instead of pre-warning us of the lack of beef.

There is no excuse for missing another dead line..... Planes go around the world every day, advancement in technology, new discoveries and products are handled by companies doing what they are suppose to do. Its all about and part of running a company.

You will see an exit of shareholders like never before if a major advancement is not accomplished within a very short time.

There is no excuse.
