I'm glad the Company finally spoke truthfully about its dealings with FINRA and let us know that the new symbol will not be granted until a pending lawsuit has been resolved.

Lochan, where are you getting this from. Yes, there is a lawsuit involving prior management of which the company is a party. But I did not read this is a hold up.

This is misleading . The company hasn't spoken at all . To say they have finally spoken "truthfully" implies that they have spoken untruthfully in the past . Very misleading .
