NOSH: What I'm thinking - regardless of news - bottom feeders (AKA flippers) scamper away for fresh rat turds post March 30th. No news / good news - either way - we're done with them after end of month (i.e. last trading day of Q). Why? Radical price adjust drives them off like a strong dose of Chinese Powered Rat Poison ...
