Yeah, Agreed! Its a Jury trial, with real people..does Gendarme really want this all going to a Jury (that can decide damages?) these people on the Jury are the same people who probably have 401K and remember the 2008 stock meltdown from people that manipulated stocks and so many lost everything, you reall want a jury trial? REALLY? LOL
