With the millions of shares they dump the price could go sup penny, That being said the Dr could show up at any point to start to pick up more shares, at some point he will need to, as his 25%+ of all Neo share is dropping by the day. His guys maybe picking up 5 mill more shares a day with out pushing up the stock price picking up 100 mil each month
Buy sell up to you, just know there are other forces at work here
29 mill traded with everyone and his brother here YET the price in not up 100% -600% as a bunch of pumpers are saying it would be, You should know by now you don’t have to chase this one
