that there has been SIGNIFICANT LEGIT shorting activity here within the last month. And I'm quite sure they haven't just up and walked away from this one yet..
Many pumpers try to use the FINRA daily short report to point out shares short. This is in fact NOT the case and will only get you in trouble if you listen to that garbage. That report details INTRA-MM transactions. Sometimes there COULD be naked short shares in there but it's rare.
Legit short interest on a stock is reported in a separate report coming out twice monthly (not daily).
And as I was looking over the ticker here I noticed in the last month short interest was as high as ~1M..which is astronomical for a penny stock - and esp one under .05 and with this low of a float. That is for sure a smoking gun here as someone(s) is confirmed to be playing the downside here. So add that to the DD pile on this one.
