Not if the assets you're transferring

...to yourself or a spouse belong to a public company, ramjet; that can be, and usually is, highly illegal, outside of legitimate and approved compensation plans. See this claim in Connors' original complaint:

"The Cohns and H-Quotient are also believed to be taking and/or transferring assets from H-Quotient to and among themselves and Standard Holdings for no consideration...."
