OK, fair enough. But my main point is WHY did SP tell people it would be done 2 weeks ago, and then last week, and before 4/2, and now he is delaying again?

There are two reasons I can think of that would create this scenario:
1) SP just did not know and was making guesses to keep people happy(incompetent, unethical)
2) SP knew all along what it was going to take but tried to string investors along to keep them around (liar)

So which is it? Maybe a third option that I haven't thought of?
