Agree, yes, I was taken a back with the " tomorrow" thing. Lol. But, I've already spoken with someone whose opinion I value the most on filings issues for OTC cos, and she said mistakes happen and amending the q1 should be no big deal. So, getting that count right and ALL QS DUE, will be huge!! Once done, yes, I agree, the info and steps taken should provide a platform for a 10k to be done, and filed very quickly after the Qs!!! I got a feeling the ¢hit is getting straight! I also gave a feeling Sney is about to be current and the pps will do all the talking!!!!!
