GBuddy the Nokia ambushes are coming to a head. Nokia is no longer the big bad 800 pound Gorilla in the room. In my opinion Nokia has digressed to become a naughty little "capuchin monkey".
As for the signing of Apple to a per unit deal, that did not happen and we can only hope they are working on correcting that with a new license agreement that includes LTE or 4G.
