Jim,

I too tried to text SP a couple of days ago, but alas there was no response. I did thank him in advance for any information he could provide.

I am glad that he did get back to you, I like what I've read. I've got mine and holding strong.

Thanks for the update.

I wish you the best of luck in all of your endeavors.

Ok just so we are clear, is Parent saying a total audit had to be done on the 2nd Q? If so would that not predicate one for the third? This could be a good thing, because to UPlist, an entire audit would need done, as it will for the 2011 10k, if I'm not mistaken. Fang, thoughts???

I expected Q2 and Q3 tomorrow, with 10K right on top of them, and CE removal early next week. Didn't anticipate Q1 redo, so would have been disappointed. Thank you, Jim, for getting that report. I will remain patient, and continue to expect great results, along with the uplisting. Hard to believe, but it appears Sney might make the deadline. Staying long!

Thanks for the update/

SNEY is finally gonna get those warrants numbers right. They have been off for months. I got frustrated more than once trying to figure out things from the warrants and there would be different figures for the warrants on different documents such as an 8k, PR or Q. They talked about some being cancelled or some that shouldn't have been issued.

We should have a accurate number moving forward.

Jim46 - Your sharing of communications with Parent is EXACTLY why investors like me read these boards! Thanks isn't a strong enough word.... but Thanks!!

Didn't someone say, months and months ago, that we would see multiple filings, PR's and uplist - all within a day or two of the first filing?

Can you just imagine the excitement and PPS hike that would come from something like that?

i don't know about the rest of you boys and girls, but I'm starting to look at buying a new car and then maybe retire with this stuff...

Thank you Jim for the relay.

More delays and excuses as usual, who could have seen that coming?

My only concern here is that these consistent last minute delays can be indicative of incompetence...Really, if the co cannot give at least a semi-accurate timeline for when a financial statement is complete it is an issue. You might say it is out of their control and they are meeting obstacles they did not know about. Well whoopdi-doo, welcome to business. If they cannot properly plan for the completion of a financial statement then could it also be that these same patterns translate to their budgeting? Or their operations?

Food for thought I guess.

"Jim46", Deep thanks for sharing that with all of us, I was gone all evening and finally
got to my computer to see your post.
All you mentioned fits the schedule for compliance by the end of this month, and prior
to the 10"K" due date of April 2nd. even with the adjustments made, we are on track
to be "Current".
I had posted before that it was SNEY's goal to be "current" by then, and your post
confirms it.
We should not worry about the audits and re-do's as long as it is completed on time to have
the CE lifted prior to the 10"K" filing.

Furthermore, all of the adjustments to said "Q"s are to coordinate towards the
completion of a well prepared 10"K", and you cannot ask for a better scenario under
the present SNEY status with SEC.
The cherry on top besides the CE lifted, will be the UP-LIST.

Indeeed, the next ten days will reveal much and we shall rejoice as it unfolds.

Thanks again "Jim46", your first margarita in Cancun is on me after we get there on the
"LEAR",(LOL) don't worry, we'll charter one to get us there.

*PR's will add tremendously to the PPS as well.

"Jim", thanks again.

Thanks for the update Jim

I must agree with your assessment and my history with Parent is scared with misdirection and failures. I pretty much refuse to contact the man again but I feel the information is for the first time, well stated, described well and has a very honest tone. Sounds weird to say of a reply but I have to admit for the first time since being involved with SNEY I feel Parent has given a professional and well thought out response to someone. Could that be the corner we have all been waiting to turn?

If they do actually file the 10Q and restatement next week than we could be looking at a late April completion and a May 15th timeline to begin the discussion of uplisting back to the OB. As should be expected, we should not hold our breathe but this does bring a bit of optimism. Looks like SNEY could be just 4-6 weeks from finally hitting the progress line we are waiting for.

Jim, as others have already expressed thanks for posting that.

Hopefully this time his words will come to pass without further delays in the process, may we all benefit from this company being current and productive!

Thanks again for taking the time to post that.
