However the facts remain as you have stated, in your post regarding EI that they are a NON-REPORTING COMPANY, one who has made huge predections in the past EX; Matthews the savior, and now appear to be getting rid of Waterloo, who by the way gave them a $500,000 LOC to keep them from closing less than two years ago.
How any person with any shread of common sense can support this company and it's officers is totally beyond belief and in my opinion, makes them just as guilty as the three stooges at bilking people out of hard earned dollars.
This is ONLY MY OPINION!!!
However I think it is shared by the majority of investors here.
