I believe the longs here were saying these covenant shares should really not be included in any calculations. Basically "do not count those, they are only there for a covenant". I believe the calculations everyone has been doing was excluding those. So I am not sure what retiring those would really do? It would definitely look better on the filings which would definitely be positive....
