Saw the post, have no idea how that is going to get it to .10 burk.

Maybe I read it wrong? If you are trying to take what the concessions are supposed to be worth or buying more concessions and then trying to place a value on them in order to get an SP, I will take the next suggestion from someone. With that logic we should be > .10 now.

Going to need some sort of news to base the sp on the concessions. That is what I am asking. What will make this .10 or higher. Forget the 10K - 30K an acre thingy.
