Starting with the spin off Telvue has been fully reporting OTCBB.
TEVE.OB When NITE refused to sign as ax for Telvue along with 7000 other companies it became TEVE.QB. The point that they have always been fully reporting makes the next move to the NASDAQ a bit easier. Institutions have been waiting.

There will be screaming about not enough shares.

All the SEC filings are current and are on EDGAR.

They executed a reverse split today and will trade under TEVED for a couple weeks while the shares are exchanged with the Transfer Agent. Then back to the TEVE ticker.

Most of us have been here a long while, some much longer than others. And we are good solid longs, no shakey hands.
