Besides sell the news..Raising the AS after the meeting coming a huge multi 100% amount will put a tremendous dilution amount on the stock soon. Then the 10-1 reverse split will follow to get this back to $1. Obviously, that working is somwhat unlikely as reverse splits rarely work mostly due to contuing dilution by companys after they get the price higher. Always the potential for the first time but 99% of the other reverse split that failed were hoping the same thing.
