This is my opinion and I could be wrong. Since I do not see your bid on Level 2 all I see is UBSS for 25K at .058 and I am wondering if this is a ploy by UBSS thinking that at the end of the day HDSN might try to get the pps down and offer 200K or whatever at .058 and then UBSS/or your guy will step in and eat it up. Nice if it works out this way and you get your shares. Just a crazy opinion. Hope HDSN is not reading this. Go TECO.
