What short term thinkers aren't considering is that even with 15 billion outstanding shares and the bottom end of concession value being 10000 per acre that puts the value of the concessions at .016 so William has about 9 billion shares to use to increase value if he needs to meaning that even with 15 billion shares increase in value is indeed possible and likely.

Too many people play on the fears of the inexperienced by crying dilution as they want people to ignore that dilution isn't always a bad thing. If the company gets increased value for the increase in O/S then that dilution is good. I have shown what 15 billion shares actually generates in value so consider what happens if William uses more of the authorized shares to increase value. The 15 billion doesn't change but the 240 million in value does.
