I like to call it the "band wagon effect". When a stock starts going up "big time" most investors want to jump on that band wagon. I did it a few times in the past. Sometimes you make $$$ but it seems like most of the time you lose cause you jump on the wagon too late. I believe a lot of people jump on the band wagon when the PPS is too high.

Your right about buying stocks that are out of favor. When they finally take off you usually make out like a bandit. The hard part of course is finding this "sleeper stock".

I personally believe OTOW is one of those sleeper stocks. We need some good news and more buying volume. Once that happens I believe OTOW will see pennyland. JMHO GLTY GO OTOW
