Well I think they should if they believe in the company and have money for it. And honestly, to make PPS move, they will have to do it.

Once things are rolling, PPS rises and SIAF delivers, we will get more eyes on the company and it might change the reception of what SIAF is. But it will take time and a lot of buying from wealthy guys, thats for sure.
