Up listing means to me no present plans for buy out, but rather for father development. I'm sure that JV or RM will come prior. The problem I see is that if everything is moving forward as I hope so then the overall process may be pretty secretive considering the current situation in Chile and a fight for government contracts coming on. May be by doing this PR WL tells us as much as he can about his plans and doings. I still stay positive, and would buy more if I could. GO MMTE.
