Looks like we're screwed. Yes, we are. If we need a minimum of $0.10 to even qualify for uplisting - I don't see how that's possible without a R/S. And as the other poster stated - 100/1 to even get in that ball-park which pretty much shoots me right in my REAR END! I sure hope not - but gee's...from what I understood - you need 3 years of qualifying financials, good standings, reporting, etc. How in the heck can you have all of that and be a pink sheet stock and still meet a MINIMUM of $0.10!? That's not that plausible STOCK EXPERTS! These are pink sheet's for a reason - STOP MAKING IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR MIRACLES TO HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of course, maybe that $0.10 was the minimum the stock would COME TO after the uplisting???? Now, there would be a nice miracle! :)
